How did you start your business?
Total Moving Solutions Ltd was formed by myself, James Mallett. Having spent most of my working career within the removal industry and seeing a variety of ways in which businesses worked, I decided to start up my own company to try and develop a stronger. more personable service for clients.
What makes your services standout?
Myself and the team pride ourselves on the service we are able to provide our customers. With the partnerships we have within the removal industry, we have the flexibility to tailor our removal services to meet all of our clients specific needs and budgets. Our hard work is reflected in our vast amount of reviews on the various removal review websites which include Google, Trust Pilot and Removal Reviews, to name a few.
What is your top advice for your customers?
We always strongly encourage customers to ensure that when comparing quotes that they have requested the same level of service and volume of goods, to make comparing a much easier process for them. Secondly, customers should always do their research on any companies that they may be looking to select to undertake their removal, to ensure there are no surprises along the way.
