“Quick efficient move”
Very professional, good customer service but expensive service
“Excellent service”
The two guys were great, very careful, cheery and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they made a stressful day that little bit easier.
“Partial move”
We had a small/partial move as going from rented accommodation to a new house. The 2 movers who came were efficient. Unfortunately we had a delay in getting the keys so we had to send our goods to storage overnight. This was very stressful for us. All our items were already packed and loaded on the careline truck and went to their depot and were delivered the next day. Unpacking took <1 hour as it was only a partial move. While I of course expect to pay a penalty for this, Careline charged the FULL amount again (including packing/loading on truck/delivery)even though everything was already packed on the truck and delivered from the same truck the following day. This was unfair and really felt we were held to ransom with no choice as they had all our items, and made a very stressful situation for us more difficult. I would not use them again and would opt for a smaller company if I have a partial move in the future.

Unfortunately, as there was a delay with your keys, we understand this is out of your control but this is also out of Careline’s control. Your removal was booked as a direct move, to collect and deliver in the same day. Due to the delay with your keys we then had to plan and get extra resources for our booked jobs the following day. I was anxious about the move but Careline provided 100% customer service. Moving from one County to another & it all ran seamlessly. Nothing was too much for them. Would highly recommend for anyone moving house, couldn’t get better & handled with care.

“Professional efficient service”
Professional team of movers packed and delivered without any fuss. They had all the equipment they needed to do the job well. They took their time with tricky objects and placed everything where I needed it. Communication beforehand was clear. The price was a couple of hundred more than other quotes but I am glad I went with these professionals.

The team from Careline were excellent, particularly want to mention Karl (from Poland) who went above and beyond to be considerate and helpful. They were a super team, professional, efficient, helpful and organised. I had the impression that they understand that moving is a stressful time and were patient and understanding. Huge thanks to them for making the move go so well. They were a great team of movers and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use Careline again.
