Karsten was excellent! He arrived exactly on time on the day of my move, and he placed my items in his vehicle both quickly and with the care required. He was friendly and fun to chat with, making for a pleasant drive. Upon arrival to my new address, he let me wait in the vehicle while we were waiting for someone to let us in the property. He unloaded my items and placed them in the property just as swiftly and carefully as when he first loaded them in the vehicle. I can totally recommend him.

Karsten arrived on time, had the furniture loaded and protected in the van and had me moved into my new house in under 1 and 1/2 hours. Recommend these lads anyday.

Essential moves were incredibly professional and friendly, very efficient service and excellent at their job. I was a bit worried when my large cat tree wouldn't fit through the front door, but Karsten and his business partner were well prepared and solved the issue very quickly and satisfactorily. I would absolutely recommend Essential Moves to anyone needing a moving service.

Karsten and the lads couldn't have been more helpful or efficient. They made the whole process very easy and everything was in perfect condition when it arrived at our new home!

Karsten told me he was coming at 0830 in the morning, and when I called him at 10:30, he was speaking to me in a rude, nonchalant tone, as if he did not care about the fact that I had already been waiting two hours for him. He then arrived for 5 min and lied to me, saying that I had misinformed him about how much stuff that I had (which was untrue), and said that it would be more expensive than his initial quote (which was also untrue). He then left and said he was getting another van, and that he would be back in 15 min. It became 12 pm and he still had not come back, so I called him and rightfully called him out, since my appointment with him was 0830, and instead of being understanding or apologising for this, he hung up the phone on me after saying “fine, I won’t come then.” Then I had to call him back multiple times, where he refused to pick up, and when he finally answered, he emotionally blackmailed me into apologising to him for being 4 hours late (he did not arrive until 12:30
